The CANIS Shift is a boutique residential services company that goes beyond any type of amenities services currently available. We work directly with developers and management companies to design wellness experiences tailored to their community’s needs. We are excited about the possibility to partner with your company to optimize residents' health and overall lifestyle through events that embody the seven pillars of wellness.
Together, we have the opportunity to promote a model of living that does not yet exist. A seven-pillar wellness lifestyle platform that supports the happiness, growth, and inter-community connected-ness of the residents and their families.
Monthly programming will include a variety of workshops and events that support lifelong wellness. This schedule will embody and focus on introducing the seven pillars of wellness to residents. Residents will have the opportunity to elevate their Social, Community, Physical, Emotional, Intellectual, Spiritual, and Environmental {health} in the convenience of their own homes. In an age of technological advancement and people feeling isolated, The CANIS Shift provides a revolutionary service to leave people feeling connected and joyful.
In times of social distancing, we have expanded to include Zoom conferencing technology to bring these offerings into the homes of your residents. Virtual events provide a feeling of community engagement in the midst of a stay-at-home world. Monthly programming includes a variety of workshops, movement classes, and events.

CANIS Cooking Demos such as Italian Favorites With A Twist:
Join Cami for an evening of plant-based Italian cooking. This hands-on class will teach you how to make traditional Italian favorites without compromising your New Year's resolution. Plan to roll up your sleeves and meet Cami in the demo kitchen. Bring a friend, an apron, and an appetite! These classes fill up quickly so don't wait to grab a ticket.
CANIS Yoga Movement:
Move your body, shift your mind. Come lengthen and strengthen your body through a series of postures designed to ease tension and begin your day energized and excited for life. All levels and beginners welcome.
CANIS Movement Bootcamp:
Start your day with healthy movement. We work to continuously bring your heart rate up and back down through a series of high-intensity movements fueled by good music and designed to prevent injury by strengthening and lengthening your muscles. All levels welcome, modifications will be provided.
Mock-tails & Sound Meditation:
Join Cami for a relaxing and refreshing evening of meditation and mock-tails. She uses sound bowls to deepen the meditation experience. A great date night or summer night in to connect with other residents in your community!
CANIS Shift Meditation:
Meditating can be intimidating for those who "think they can't meditate". Cami breaks her class down into three parts: seated movement meditation, guided meditation, and laying down sound meditation. Leave feeling relaxed and equipped with new tools to manage your stress!
CANIS Environment: How to Detox Your Home & Create A Sacred Space:
This 30-minute virtual workshop helps people eliminate environmental toxins from their homes to ensure their space facilitates healing and relaxation. In this class, you will learn how to green your space, minimize EMFs and energetically clear your home to create a transformational oasis.
CANIS Community Service events such as An Evening of Service...Write for Rights!
Write for Rights is an opportunity to participate in the “largest human rights letter writing event in the world” and Write for Rights works! Join Cami in the demo kitchen for an evening of letter writing with Amnesty International. She will have postage, supplies, and a how-to letter writing guide to make this outreach effort a success!
