The CANIS Shift Cleanse restores and energizes your excitement for life

The intention behind this 5-day journey is to help you facilitate a deeper connection between your body and mind.

Through the cleanse, you will explore different aspects of yourself and reexamine the relationship you have to vices. You'll come out feeling lighter and more deeply connected to your spirit.

We do this cleanse in a group. I believe this cleanse is best done with a cohort of individuals to connect, converse, and encourage each other. This 5-day period has the power to reawaken parts of yourself to cultivate a new perspective.

Overview of the CANIS SHIFT Cleanse

This cleanse is a safe way to evaluate the connection between how you feel and what you eat. What you consume has a direct impact on your mental health. This cleanse focuses on filling your body full of nutrient-dense, antioxidant-rich foods, and liquids to illuminate what it feels like to exist in an optimized state of health.

You can repeat the cleanse as many times and as often as you'd like.

Unlike some cleanses, this cleanse is not about restricting food and you will not be hungry on this cleanse.

On The CANIS Shift Cleanse, you will:

  • Focus on hydrating your body

  • Reset your self-care habits 

  • Evaluate how you feel without vices 

  • Take in new wellness modalities 

  • Explore tools you can use at any time to re-optimize your health

  • Learn healthy foods can taste really good (promise!)

This week is a mini-wellness intervention before a health crisis ensues. You are in control of how you feel when you have the tools and education necessary to create lifelong healthy habits.

This cleanse was a fantastic way to press restart on my habits and begin craving healthier choices. The regimented system of juice, smoothies, mid-day snacks, and all the other meals never made me feel deprived, and helped me plan ahead to actually make the prep process easy! The CANIS shift Cleanse Cohort

April 25-30, 2022

Option 1: $175 (early-bird), $200 (regular) to be a member of the cleanse cohort (details outlined below) + 30-minute CANIS Nutrition consultation post-cleanse—a great place to ask personal health questions and/or recommendations moving forward.

  • Opening Zoom meet & greet, intro to the cleanse, and live Q & A on April 24th at 12 p.m. EST.

  • Outline of the cleanse, what to eat, when to eat, recipes, etc

  • Grocery shopping lists

  • List of equipment and links

  • Closed Facebook group to ask questions, connect with others on the cleanse, and offer support

  • Meditation downloads from Phil Kreutzer & Luna Maye to encourage nervous system regulation during the cleanse

  • Breath work with Emily Rasowsky to close the cleanse

  • New Moon Ceremony with Meg Brackett post cleanse to integrate the experience

  • An additional 30-minute one-on-one Zoom support call with Cami to transition from the cleanse to everyday life
